
WALLPAPER
Please enquire through our contact form if you are interested in placing an order for wallpaper. We will call you for details such as room dimensions, where in your home you'll be applying the paper, turn-around time and any other minor details. A quote will be provided as well as an ETA for the arrival of your wallpaper.
We accept credit or debit cards to complete your purchase. Australian, Canadian, European, Hong Kongese, Japanese, and Singaporean may use a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. U.S. clients can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. We do not accept Paypal at this time. All credit cards are processed with Stripe.
All wallpaper ships direct from Sydney, Australia. We offer two shipping options: Express and Standard. International time frames are estimates only and customs hold-ups do occur. Please allow for this, particularly if you select 'Standard' shipping.
Once your order is placed, your wallpaper ships within 3-4 weeks. All orders are custom printed according to the dimensions you give us at the time you place your order. You will receive a mock-up of your space including these dimensions which will require your approval prior to ordering.
All wallpapers are shipped DHL Express. Those located within Australia will receive their order within 1-3 business days. International orders will receive their order within 6-8 business days. Tracking is sent at the time an order is shipped via email.
Before placing an order, be sure you have taken measurements of height and width of all walls you plan to apply your wallpaper. You can refer to our MEASURING GUIDE for assistance. Disregard any obstructions - any unused paper should be saved should you need it in the future.
We highly recommend that your wallpaper be installed by a professional. Installation instructions will be included with your wallpaper. You can also download a copy of them HERE.
Once an order for wallpaper is placed, we do not accept cancellations. All papers are printed to order and are therefore not refundable or returnable.
FABRICS
We are currently accepting orders for our fabrics via our website. If you have questions about our fabrics prior to placing an order, please get in touch via our CONTACT PAGE.
Trades can register to view trade-specific pricing HERE. Once we have reviewed and accepted your registration, you will receive an acceptance email that includes a login and password for access. All orders placed through the site can be made through your account, or your are welcome to call us to place orders at any time. Please call +61 400 066 224 to place an order by phone.

Fabrics that are in stock in our Collingwood studios will be packed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Typically orders under 5 metres/yards ship immediately.
Any fabrics that are not in stock will take 2-4 weeks prior to shipment. We will email you if this is the case.
All fabrics are shipped via Australia Post or DHL Express. Tracking is sent at the time an order is shipped via email. Domestic, standard shipping can take up to 7 business days for regional areas. Domestic express takes 1-3 business days.
International standard shipping takes 12+ business days for delivery. Express international typically takes 4-6 business days for delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the customs/duties associated with your country.
The best way to determine which fabric is the best fit is to order samples.
Our 100% Belgian linen is suitable for both upholstery and soft furnishings. The linen has a slightly rougher texture and the base colour is off-white. The colours and design print a bit softer as compared to the cotton.
Our 100% Cotton Sateen is suitable for both upholstery and soft furnishings. It has a smooth surface and a bright white ground colour. The colours are more vibrant and designs are crisper and more detailed on the cotton.

Fabric orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. Please send us an email as soon as possible to studio@limonehome.com.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. If there is a flaw in your fabric, please let us know. We can arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you.
